Returns & Refund Policy for Nassaj & Loom

1. Overview
At Nassaj & Loom, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

2. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item is returned with original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery

  • Custom or personalised products (if applicable)

  • Items returned without prior approval

4. How to Request a Return

Include your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
